耐UV油墨型PS版成膜树脂

传统油墨在整个的印刷过程中只起物理变化，其成膜是油墨中的溶剂在干燥过程中挥发而留下颜料和成膜树脂。而UV油墨在印刷过程中是通过紫外线的照射，预聚体与单体在光引发剂的作用下产生化学变化形成成膜树脂。而UV油墨中的这些化学物质往往对普通PS版制成的印版影像层有一定的腐蚀作用。
UV油墨印刷用的PS版，其感光层必须要耐UV油墨中化学品的腐蚀，而常规PS版涂层所用的传统酚醛体系的成膜树脂无法胜任，必须要选用新型的抗上述化学品的高分子共聚物来作为UV油墨印刷PS版的成膜树脂。
我公司专门设计开发了一款耐UV油墨型成膜树脂。

特点：
?显影宽容度大。1:20浓度的弱碱显影亦可。
?抗溶剂性强。耐印力显著提高。在UV油墨印刷中印次一般可达2-5万印以上。而普通版印，只能达到3000-5000印，经考版后也只能印1-3万印。

The Film-forming Resin of PS Version Resistant to UV Printing Ink

Traditional ink in the whole printing process will has physical changes only, the film-forming caused by the solvent of the ink during the drying process while leaving pigment and film-forming resin. The UV ink in the printing process by ultraviolet irradiation, pre-polymer and monomer at the act of photoinitiator will bring chemical change to form film-forming resin. These chemicals in the UV ink often make the corrosion effect on the image print layer produced by ordinary PS version.
The PS version using in the UV ink printing, the light-sensitive layer must be resistant to corrosion of UV ink chemicals, and the film-forming resin that its coating used in conventional PS version of the traditional phenolic system can not be qualified, we must use the new anti-chemical macromolecule copolymer as the film-forming resin in UV ink printing PS version.
Our company has developed a special film-forming resin which can resistant to UV ink.
