耐UV油墨型PS版成膜树脂
传统油墨在整个的印刷过程中只起物理变化,其成膜是油墨中的溶剂在干燥过程中挥发而留下颜料和成膜树脂。而UV油墨在印刷过程中是通过紫外线的照射,预聚体与单体在光引发剂的作用下产生化学变化形成成膜树脂。而UV油墨中的这些化学物质往往对普通PS版制成的印版影像层有一定的腐蚀作用。
UV油墨印刷用的PS版,其感光层必须要耐UV油墨中化学品的腐蚀,而常规PS版涂层所用的传统酚醛体系的成膜树脂无法胜任,必须要选用新型的抗上述化学品的高分子共聚物来作为UV油墨印刷PS版的成膜树脂。
我公司专门设计开发了一款耐UV油墨型成膜树脂。

特点:
?显影宽容度大。1:20浓度的弱碱显影亦可。
?抗溶剂性强。耐印力显著提高。在UV油墨印刷中印次一般可达2-5万印以上。而普通版印,只能达到3000-5000印,经考版后也只能印1-3万印。

the light-sensitive
layer must be resistant
to corrosion of UV ink
chemicals, and the film-forming
resin that its coating
used in conventional
PS version of the traditional
phenolic system can
not be qualified, we
must use the new anti-chemical
macromolecule copolymer
as the film-forming
resin in UV ink printing
PS version.
